Parry Lowarch was founded in 1992 by partners Roger Parry and Peter Lowarch to offer a comprehensive professional tailor-made service to fit our clients’ specific requirements.  It is our philosophy that every property, and equally importantly every client’s needs are different, and therefore must be treated uniquely in order to achieve the best results.  These principles have made Parry Lowarch one of Shropshire’s most respected estate agents.  Covering Shropshire and the Border regions, we also handle property sales out to the Welsh Coast and in neighbouring counties.

We offer a full estate agency service including rental management together with a comprehensive list of affiliated professional services through our sister company Roger Parry & Partners LLP, including residential and commercial sales and valuations, surveying, auctioneering, architectural services, land agency, and agricultural services.  We also specialise in planning consultancy for individual and large projects alike, and can cover the complete process from inception, through the planning process, to selling the resulting development or finished properties.

Our belief is that the client’s needs come first.  Although we feel it is our professional responsibility to advise clients fully and frankly, (even when the advice given is not necessarily what they wish to hear) once we have met this obligation it is our goal to achieve our client’s wishes to the best of our ability. Moving house and other property transactions can be very stressful, so we are always on the end of the ‘phone to chat through any problems or queries you may have.  It is our policy to keep our clients fully involved in the process leading them through the transaction and advising as we go along the best way forward, heading hopefully to a successful conclusion.  We feel we offer the ideal combination of a professional yet friendly service accompanied by a comprehensive and value for money fee structure.

Roger Parry FRICS

Roger Parry started his professional career locally as a building surveyor in 1981, also advising on agricultural and planning matters.  Roger now leads the professional and commercial partnership with five qualified chartered surveyors, who specialise in residential and commercial valuations, surveys for private clients and banks, plus a highly respected planning and architectural department which has recently gained a Civic Society Award.

Peter Lowarch FNAEA

Partner Peter Lowarch has been an estate agent since 1985. Practical and professional, clients appreciate his candour as much as his dedication.  Clients will receive good and honest advice, promises will not be made which have no hope of being kept.  Although Peter feels his obligation to his client’s interests is paramount, he also feels it is extremely important that prospective purchasers buying through Parry Lowarch should also have confidence they are dealing with a trustworthy and professional organisation.

Mark Newman FNAEA

Senior negotiator Mark Newman has more than 30 years experience in estate agency in Shropshire and has been with Parry Lowarch for seven years.  He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Charlotte keeps us all in order as she is in charge of office administration with special responsibility for residential sales and marketing.

Jenny Buckle

Jenny is the lettings manager/administrator assisting the sales team. Jenny joined Parry Lowarch in 2005 after working in finance as a banking and mortgage specialist for more than 20 years.

Carly Davies

Carly is a very conscientious, enthusiastic, and invaluable member of the team who welcomes visitors to our offices, and liaises with clients and potential purchasers in booking appointments. One of Carly’s other responsibilities is managing Parry Lowarch’s substantial mailing register which is updated daily.
